U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondy was trying to reverse the last hours of former President Joe Biden’s death row inmates last month, directing state officials to pursue the death penalty for prisoners.
Bondi, confirmed on Wednesday, sent a letter to a Department of Justice (DOJ) employee about his commute on Wednesday, accusing Biden of “undermining.”[ing] Our Judiciary System and Subversion[ing] The rule of law is by allowing commuting.
“Commutations have taken away the families of the victims by the Department of Justice and robbed them of what they fought so hard to achieve,” Bondi writes. “The Department of Justice has been instructed to immediately begin the following actions to achieve justice for the families of the 37 commuter murder victims.”
Bondi said that DOJ first “exploring opportunities to provide a public forum to express the personal impact of victims’ families, building trust and achieving accountability.” “The step is,” he said.

Bondy then said he would use state law rather than federal law to direct his U.S. lawyers’ firms to pursue death sentences for inmates who commute. She said the steps will only be made “after consultation with the victim’s family and other stakeholders” and “legally acceptable if necessary.”
“The Capital Cases section shall support the U.S. attorney’s office in implementing this directive,” Bondy’s letter said.

“Third, the Federal Bureau of Prisons states that the conditions for confinement of each of the 37 commuter murderers are the security risks that prisoners present due to their terrible crime, criminal history and all other relevant considerations. “It’s instructed to match.”
With the decision in late December, Biden removed 37 inmates from federal death row inmates, bringing their writing back to life without the possibility of parole.
At the time, the White House said the move would prevent President Donald Trump’s administration from “implementing execution statements that are not conveyed under current policies and practices.”

“The president’s criminal justice records have changed individual lives and have a positive impact on historically marginalized communities, particularly those in historically marginalized,” a White House statement said at the time. “In the coming weeks, the President will take additional steps to provide a meaningful second chance and continue to review additional pardons and commutations.”
Biden left three mass murderers in the death line. Dylan Roof, a church shooter in Charleston, South Carolina. Boston Marathon Bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev; Robert Bauers, gunman responsible for shooting the 2018 Pittsburgh life synagogue.
Former prosecutor and Florida Attorney General Bondi said her main goal as an AG was to eradicate political influence and weaponization from the DOJ.
“America will have one justice for everyone,” she said at the time.
