Police are looking for a hit-and-run driver who left pedestrians in the critical condition of Boyle Heights.
On February 5th, the victim, a 49-year-old man, had crossed the 1st Street west of Fresno Street shortly before 9pm.
He crossed the road and an approaching Honda Odyssey minivan attacked the man, putting him in danger.
Police are looking for a hit-and-run driver on the older model Honda Odyssey, which left pedestrians in Boyle Heights in critical condition on February 5, 2025.
Surveillance footage from the Los Angeles Police Department showed that the driver didn’t stop checking the injured man and instead continued to speed up.
The paramedics transported the man to a local hospital where he remained in danger.
The suspect’s vehicle is an older silver model (1999-2004) Honda Odyssey. Anyone who provides information that leads to suspect identification, anxiety, or conviction can benefit from a reward of up to $25,000.
“The driver will remember that if he is involved in a collision, he will be forced to immediately stop and notify emergency services and remain on the scene to identify himself,” LAPD said.
