A Bay Area barber has been charged with sexually assaulting at least two men, authorities said, and is also suspected of assaulting as many as 20 men who were heavily intoxicated. .
Franklin Enrique Sarceno Ora, 34, of Mountain View, may have assaulted 20 different men who were either intoxicated or passed out at the time, according to a news release from the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. Police say the evidence shows that.

Authorities said one of the assaults involved kidnapping and that Sarceno-Ola videotaped the assault.
Officials say Sarceno Orla is on the run, and law enforcement is seeking information on his whereabouts. If convicted, he could be sentenced to life in prison.
“We had a sex offender in our community and we thank Mountain View Police for identifying him,” the District of Santa Clara said in a statement. Atty. Jeff Rosen said in a release. “With the help of courageous victims, investigators and members of the public, we will soon have him in custody and ensure he never hurts anyone again.”
The Mountain View Police Department began investigating in July after a conversation with a man who said he woke up injured after drinking with Sarceno Orla, officials said. Another victim said Sarceno Orla was his barber and that he passed out after drinking beer together.
Sarceno-Orla was arrested in August on suspicion of sexual assault. He posted $250,000 bail after his arrest and is currently missing, authorities said.
According to investigation results, the assaults date back to 2018, and the victims in these incidents were intoxicated at the time. Police are working to identify more suspect victims.
