RAMONA, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) – Captain Calfire was fatally stabbed at his Ramona home Monday after San Diego County Sheriff’s Officer is investigating it as a murder suspect.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 20200 block of Rancho Villa Road around 8:58pm and received a radio call reporting a fatal weapon assault in the area.
On his way to the scene, lawmakers were confirmed by Fox 5/Kusi and found a woman suffering from multiple stab wounds on Tuesday, Menifee Fire Station 68, confirmed in a Facebook post as firefighter Rebecca Marodi. Ta.

The lifesaving measures were managed by Cal Fire Paramedics, but authorities said they were eventually declared to have succumbed to injuries and died at the scene.
The sheriff’s murder squad responded after Malodi’s death and took responsibility for the investigation.
At this stage of the investigation, no suspicious information is available, nor details regarding the circumstances of the murder.
Malody was promoted to fire chief at Calfi Riverside Temecula Station in 2022, according to a post from his previous position in the county’s Hazmat team. It is unclear when she moved from Temecula Station to Menifee.
