A suspected Peeper who was chased from a woman’s toilet at a Southern California university almost a year ago could come back to it, a student who recorded one of the incidents said this week.
A video showing the suspect leaving the food stall and running through the Canyons University Valencia Campus toilet in October 2024 was uploaded to Instagram by user ProtectThegirlss on Tuesday and was later shared with KTLA.
“While using the toilet, I looked down and saw the phones recording under the food stall. I cried out. Eventually, I became the man who was hiding in the last food stall waiting for the girls to walk and use the toilet to record them.”
The student went on to say that a similar incident occurred on March 4th for another student, urging him to post a video on social media.

In a follow-up post, students explained why she didn’t post the video earlier.
“The reason I didn’t post before is because when I asked both the Canyon College and the SCV Sheriff, I said I shouldn’t post anything because the suspects would change their appearance or ‘drove him away’ about what we know. ”
The student said the man was never put forward this time to warn others that he might still be around.
College of the Canyons issued a statement confirming that the first incident was reported to them in October and that the second “similar incident” took place earlier this month.
“Unfortunately, the victims were unable to see the suspect clearly, so we have no personal explanation,” part of the statement said of the recent incident. “We take students’ safety seriously, and all campus safety officials are explained about what happened and are wary of future incidents.”
Anyone with information was asked to contact campus safely at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff station on 661-362-3229 or 661-260-4000.
