Newou can listen to Fox News articles!

First on FOX: After Tennessee’s Belmont University was accused of trying to rebrand DEI’s initiative to remove President Donald Trump’s demands, the university denied the allegations, with Fox News saying the school was “compliant with federal law.”

However, according to an email sent to teachers and staff from the Belmont presidential office last week, the school has decided to tap “external partners” to ensure compliance with President Donald’s presidential orders. The review also aims to ensure that the university remains in all state and federal immigration laws after evidence has been revealed that schools recognize illegal immigration and conceal such information from outside entities.

“In response to concerns raised by elected officials regarding compliance with Belmont and federal immigration laws, we reach out to you to update you on the next step. “We take these concerns seriously while making every effort to ensure compliance and continuing to maintain our belief that Belmont is in compliance with all applicable laws.”

The efforts by Belmont to take responsibility for allegedly maintaining DEI’s policies in light of federal directives to end them have Tennessee Republican Rep. Andy Ogres spearheaded Andy Ogres, who has received information from school whistleblowers.

Ogles sounded the alarm earlier this month after obtaining an undercover investigation showing faculty in Belmont’s “Student Success Division and Prosperity” student services.[d] About how we talk about it. ”

“The hub is hope, unity, belonging. It’s Day. It’s authentic,” said Joseph Rookie, assistant director of Belmont students’ success and prosperity, on the recording. “We are constantly trying to adapt to what’s going on around us, but that doesn’t mean we’re focusing on stopping completely. We’ve changed the terms and languages that keep us moving forward.”

In the same record, the rookie can hear that Belmont has admitted that he has registered an illegal immigrant and hides that information from outside entities.

“I want to be clear – I think it’s the world of Belmont. My daughter applied for Belmont. She was accepted in Belmont,” Ogres said in a recorded video updating people about the ongoing situation at Nashville-based Christian University. “Nashville is unique. There’s Vanderbilt, there’s Belmont, there’s David Lipscom, there’s Meharry. [Medical College]there is TSU. There are all these amazing institutions, including Belmont. There is a new medical school for this, so I want to sing their praises, but I have to hold them accountable too.

Ogles also likened Belmont to Harvard in the video, adding that the school is “accountable if they don’t modify the course.”

In addition to the undercover investigation, the Ogles received documents from other whistleblowers and information on the continuation of Belmont, a DEI initiative under Trump. For example, Ogles quoted official documents from Belmont that he received. This indicates that if a professor wants to modify or propose a new course, he must fill out a required form.

Another source shares screenshots from the email chain showing Belmont maintaining the faculty DEI committee for the next academic year, according to the Ogles office. Ogles also received a document outlining the employment procedures for Belmont’s dean.[s]”Pre-work activities when you’re engaged.”

The recruitment document adds that the search committee, tasked with seeking new potential employment, is “varied through race and gender, and preferably includes teachers of color.”

There are many other DEI requirements, including necessary discussions about “how to promote and attract candidates from a diverse population” and “how to pay special attention to recruiting minority candidates.” The document also directs the search committee to engage in postmortem for positions that do not apply to “how to revisit the best ways to promote positions to attract qualified and diverse applicants.”

Earlier this year, President Donald Trump signed executive orders calling for the end of DEI policies in higher education, calling them discriminatory. (Getty Images)

The amount of whistleblower tips obtained by Ogles Office will encourage people to launch new web pages on the Congress website, providing an easy way for people to continue providing his office with inside information about DEI’s efforts in Belmont. The website has not yet been released, but it will be released soon.

When asked for comment, Belmont officials sent Fox News Digital to faculty and staff in a July 22 email, providing an expected compliance review.
