Republicans on the Ohio Congressional Delegation say democratic policies have led to a fierce brawl in downtown Cincinnati, creating a social situation that has gone viral online.
“Name one major city in America that I think is safe for kids to walk alone. You can’t. That should be wary of all of us.”
“For too long, we’ve embraced fear and confusion as normal, but left-wing politicians push sanctuary cities, cut down police funds and let violent criminals and mentally ill people roam the streets. This is not compassion.”
Meanwhile, R-Ohio Sen. Bernie Moreno has called for his resignation in the case of Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval.

“It’s a vicious attack. The mayor of Cincinnati is dishonorable,” Moreno said.
When asked what could be done to stop such an incident, he said, “Let me resign as mayor. There are lawmakers who actually care about his district and provide funding to Cincinnati police.”
Fox News Digital has contacted the mayor’s office not only for D-Ohio’s Greg Landsman’s office, including Cincinnati in the council district, but also for comments.
It appeared that a video illuminated social media over the weekend showed people attacking one man violently and the woman who tried to help him.
Of the 100 people who have seen and recorded violent attacks, only one person is called 911.

Pureval has issued a statement denounced the “malicious battle” and pledged that the arrest will be “coming soon.”
Fox 19 Cincinnati reported five people being charged on Monday.
But Ruri and Moreno are two of Ohio’s latest Republican officials to comment on the brawl that took place on Saturday.
Vice President JD Vance, who served in the Senate before being elected to the White House with President Donald Trump, said on Monday that Moreno showed him a video of the violence.

“I hate that. I hope that each and every person engaged in violence will be charged to the fullest extent of the law,” Vance said at an event in Canton, Ohio.
“When a man who smokes a middle-aged woman grew up, he should have gone to prison for a very long time, and frankly, he didn’t have anyone better than dealing with it on his own.
Details of what began the fight and who launched the attack are still unknown.
