Grace Springer reveals herself as the face behind the viral video.
After being featured on Jumbotron at a Massachusetts Cold Play concert, nearly a week after posting a video of astronomer CEO Andy Byron and an unidentified woman breaking from a nearby hug and hiding from camera, the 28-year-old shared insights into how she benefited from a moment of the virus.
“I didn’t actually make any money from the video itself or the scenery,” Springer told hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary on the July 21 episode of “This Morning.” “It’s not monetized.”
After all, she only recorded that moment, as she wanted to be featured on Jumbotron herself.
“I wanted to see myself on the big screen and I love capturing moments, so my phone was on to begin with,” she explained. “The moment I filmed it, I didn’t think about it much, but of course, everyone was chatting a bit.”
And while she didn’t think that the Tiktok clip would lead to allegations that the CEO of the DataOps platform had a connection with one of his fellow employees, she admitted that she did not regret capturing the controversial moment.
After all, while sympathizing with Byron’s loved ones and “everyone else who got hurt in the process,” she stressed, “but as I said, I’m not the only one who caught it on camera, so if it wasn’t me that uploaded it, I’m sure someone else has it.”

How have executives been attracting the attention of all the nations? Well, a few days after his concert outing became headlines, Byron resigned from his astronomer status.
“Astronomers are committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding,” the company wrote in E in a statement on July 19th! news. “Our leaders are expected to set standards in both conduct and accountability, and these standards have not been met recently.”
“Andy Byron has bid for him to resign and the board has accepted,” the statement continued. “The board will begin searching for the next CEO as co-founder and chief product officer Pete DeJoy continues to serve as interim CEO.”
