The man and his pregnant wife were seen surrounded by vehicles and agents before being arrested by immigration agents in Shimi Valley.
Witnesses said they only identified herself as Brianna, but said the incident took place near Royal Avenue and Carson Street around 8am.
The pair, sitting in the SUV, was suddenly surrounded by three vehicles, with several masked agents approaching the SUV and opening the door. Agents were seen pulling men and women out of the car.
“They were so fast, they literally left and smashed the window,” Brianna told KTLA’s Lindsay Pena. “We could see his sandals left there. It was pretty traumatic. It’s happening everywhere. I think it’s just law.”

Briana says she was driving when she noticed the masked agent and decides to stop by to find out what was going on.
She said the couple appeared to be in their 30s and could only speak Spanish. She heard her screaming at her agent, but she didn’t physically intervene in her arrest.
” [man and woman] I kept looking at me for help, but all I could do was record them,” she said. They were scary. Someone had a mask. who are they? Where will they take them? ”
Brianna said at one point the man restrained on the ground told the agent that his wife was pregnant.
“There were three guys pinning pregnant women,” she said. “There’s no reason for that.”
In the video, one of the best agents is a decal with the words “police ice” written on it. Eventually, the couple was put in a vehicle and kicked out.
KTLA has contacted the U.S. Department of Homeland Security several times, awaiting a reply to the details of the arrest and the crimes that could result in the couple being charged. No couples have been identified.
The White House vowed to continue immigration enforcement activities in Southern California and the United States.
Local leaders, including Gov. Gavin Newsom and La Mayor Karen Bass, demanded that the Trump administration stop the attack that sparked protests in early June.
However, federal officials said they will continue to raid and deport immigrants. “ICE will continue to enforce the law,” Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem posted on X.
