First on Fox: Governor Gavin Newsom’s longtime allies repeatedly helped current CCP officials while serving as China’s consul in San Francisco, according to a LinkedIn post unearthed by Fox News Digital.
Ying He, who served as China’s Consul General in San Francisco between 2012 and 2016, lavished Darlene Chiubryant on a 2017 LinkedIn recommendation, calling the governor’s former aide, Newsom and longtime allies “super lady.”
“Darlene is the right person when you need to develop your business (sic) in either California or Beijing,” he was the Department of Commerce Department, at the time of the 2017 LinkedIn Post. “She is a great PR professional and can do the most challenging tasks. She helped me a lot when I conspired in science fiction and promoted investment and trade in the US Sino.
He reveals that she has played multiple roles in the Department of Commerce for over a decade, and her profile boasts that she has “a broad connection between China’s government and the US government” and “a Chinese central government agency and four years as a San Francisco diplomat.”

As of LinkedIn Post, Bryant was executive director at CHINASF. It faces new scrutiny about its connections with CCP and is recruiting over 100 Chinese companies in San Francisco. Inside the book is a chapter on how Newsom helped launch a nonprofit organization in 2008 almost a decade ago.
One of several companies discussed in this book was SunTech, a Chinese solar company that was personally adopted by the US by CCP.
In addition to the green energy company streamed through CHINASF, real estate companies are also involved, claiming that Newsom received more than $23,000 in an anonymous donation from Chinese real estate company Z&L, where the billionaire owner was criminally declared for bribing San Francisco government officials. In 2017, Chinasf posted photos of Bryant, Newsom and others in front of a wall that said Z&L Properties.
“Chinasf was launched by Gov. Gavin Newsom when he was mayor of San Francisco in 2008,” the caption of the photo said. “We are proud to work with partners and businesses recruited by the SF Bay Area.”
According to China Daily, China’s state-run media outlet, Newsom launched the group while visiting Shanghai.
“The two most important things for us are establishing a stronger relationship with energy independence and China,” Newsom said before his trip.

Bryant, who traveled to China in 2005, when he served as his assistant communications director in 2005 and was later tapped to run Chinasf, was repeatedly mentioned in the chapter in his new book, “Fool’s Gold: Killed The Radicals, Con Artists, and The California Dream, and now threatening us all.”
In the book, authors Susan Crabtree and Jed McFatta argue that CHINASF served as a gateway for CCP officials and Chinese criminals to exploit California. In addition to a book that reveals how Bryant is called a “fixer” for a Chinese company “want to make hay in San Francisco” locally, her personal Facebook profile and other Facebook pages are littered with photos showing her involvement with CHINASF. In addition to other California politicians, there are also some photos of her and the newspaper.
In 2019, GlobalsF posted photos of Newsom and Bryant at the event. The caption in the photo is a “sightly leader” called Newsom, who appears to be written by Bryant.
“It’s great to see my former boss in his current golden state. [California], [Gavin Newsom]”The Post said, “As a visionary leader, he started. [ChinaSF] 2008, becoming a Chinese desk for city and county [San Francisco] To promote inbound investment. ”
Another photo on Facebook shows Bryant taking part in Newsom’s inauguration in early 2019.

Fox News Digital previously reported on Huang Ping, another prominent Chinese consul general who oversaw the New York City office for several years and frequently promoted CCP propaganda while publicly denying allegations of China’s Uyghur genocide.
In addition to his controversial official statements, Ping often traveled to US universities and other events, meeting business leaders and elected officials, sparking concerns about the potential impact of the CCP.

“The Chinese Communist Party is maintained at the nuclear level and plays for all levels below it,” Michael Sobolik, author of “Counter China’s Great Game: The Strategy for Domination,” told Fox News Digital last year. “And it’s not just universities. The Chinese Communist Party is trying to infiltrate all aspects of American society.”
“If CCP tries to edit from this whole list of infiltration and threats that it sends us instructions, it needs to isolate itself.
