The crew fought a major fire in a commercial building in the commercial city on Wednesday night.
A third alarm fire was reported at the 100’x100” facility in the 2000 block of Davy Avenue around 6:45pm
There are reports that the building may house e-bikes equipped with lithium-ion batteries, but LA County firefighters have not confirmed details.

Heavy smoke was seen swirling through the sky and the roof seemed completely destroyed as flames engulfed the facility.
Firefighters worked to contain the flames, preventing the fire from spreading to the adjacent building. There were also concerns about flames affecting nearby power lines.
Around 7:45pm, the crew appeared to have controlled the flames as the prolonged hotspot disappeared.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
