A Culver City man says two burglars stole his classic car and bike from his garage while he was home all day early on Father’s Day.
Daniel Chavalia told KTLA he was home all day on Sunday, not realising that the Harley Davidson bike and the 1964 Chevrolet Impala had gone until the late afternoon of the trash.
Checking security cameras in the gate parking lot of his apartment complex, he saw that two suspects had taken their property around 4:30am on Sunday.

Footage sent from Chavalia shows one of the men inspecting the vehicle under the hood of a classic Impala, while the other appeared to be talking on the phone with someone behind the car almost throughout the video.

After appearing to have seen the burglar inspection, he proceeded to the back of the Acura SUV parked right next to the Impala. But the car blocked exactly what he was doing.
Chabaria did not say whether Acura belonged to him or anyone else.
Spectrum says the Los Angeles area ceased to be caused by “vulnerable criminal acts.”
He noted that he was told to submit a stolen property report to the Los Angeles Police Department, but had to wait for a delayed arrival as many officers were sent to help compensate for the protest.
No sightings of Impala or Harley-Davidson were reported immediately.
