Cup noodles jump on the pickle trend with a new limited edition flavor that combines pin-like dill with flavorful ramen.
The release, called Dill Pickle, hits the shelves on June 21st and is available for a limited time online and in stores such as Walmart and Albertsons.
“We’re committed to providing a range of services to our customers,” said Priscila Stanton, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Nissin Foods USA.
The company describes the new flavor as a bold, tingly sharp Zing, and recommends pairing it with a pickle spear. The limited time offer is the perfect “summer escape,” says Herring.

Don’t be afraid to try something new. This is the latest in a series of experimental releases from the brand, previously unveiling flavors such as Campfire smore, pumpkin spices, breakfast and all bagels of cream cheese.
Herring, who introduced instant ramen to the US in the early 1970s, says this summer’s release is intended to satisfy fans’ appetite for quirky, attention-grabbing snacks.
“This twist will certainly surprise noodles and pickle enthusiasts in the best possible way,” Stanton said.
