Nine people were injured in an unspecified “incident” including a Delta Line flight from Minneapolis at Toronto Pearson International Airport in Canada, airport officials said.
In a post on Monday at 1:57pm X, the airport said it was aware of a “incident” involving Delta Line Plane from Minneapolis upon landing.
According to the post, all passengers and crew were described.
Nine people were injured. This was confirmed with NBC News by Lawrence Saindon, director of Peel Regional Paramedic Services, who was airlifted to a nearby trauma center in a critical crisis. One child was taken by ambulance to a hospital in downtown Toronto.
Toronto Pearson is aware of the incident during the landing involving a Delta plane arriving from Minneapolis. An emergency team is responding. All passengers and crew are described.

The Federal Aviation Administration said Delta Line 4819 was operating with an effort and crashed while landing at the airport around 2:45pm.
According to the FAA, the Canada Road Safety Board will be responsible for the investigation.
It was not immediately clear whether the weather played a role, but incidents occurred during the continued snowfall in the area, following successive winter storms.
