After Trump-backed “big, beautiful bills” moved forward in Congress, the liberals have put too much effort into Democrats’ elders for so long, even before they die.
Shortly before the so-called BBB went to vote, Rep. Jerry Connolly, a longtime Democrat leader in Fairfax County in Deep Blue, passed away after his fight against esophageal cancer. Connolly had previously indicated that he would retire at the end of his term in 2026.
In response, many liberal analysts and consultants complained that too many Democrats have refused to quit their jobs, including Rebecca Katz of Fight Agency, who posted to X.
Below that was a reposted story with a big image of Connolly, describing a recent senior Democrat who served as a resident.

When reaching for the comment, Katz told Fox News Digital, “No one has the right to rule eternity.”
“We feel that Democrat voters are lying and demanding accountability, and our party needs to regain their trust and start winning again. We should not be afraid to have difficult conversations,” Katz said.
