Democrat senators have denounced President Donald Trump’s ongoing Iran-Israel conflict, but Republicans are urging the president to stand to support Israel in trying to eliminate Iran’s nuclear weapons capabilities.

This is when Israel and Iran, two major powers in the Middle East, are trapped in a fierce missile war. Israel, a US ally, has targeted Iran’s nuclear facilities with the aim of ensuring Iran does not use nuclear weapons.

The White House issued a statement from the president following intense speculation that Trump will take part in the conflict by launching a US strike in Iran, saying there is a “substantial opportunity” for new negotiations to end the conflict. In a statement, Trump said he will decide which path to take in the next two weeks.

The White House says that deals with Iran should include a complete commitment to not developing nuclear weapons, including uranium enrichment, which is a necessary step in the development of nuclear weapons. Iran has said it will not accept an agreement with a zero enrichment clause.

Speaking to Fox News Digital in the Capitol hall, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass. denounced Trump and pulled the United States out of the nuclear deal that Iran joined during his first term.

“The way Iran can prevent nuclear weapons is through negotiations,” she said. “We were actually doing that deal, so Donald Trump threw it out the window.”

“It meant we lost the inspector and we lost the plans that were made,” she continued.

“Now we need more deconfluctions in this region. We need to lower the temperature between Israel and Iran. That’s the best thing for Israel and Iran. It’s the best for the region and the whole world,” Warren said.

D-Ill. Sen. Tammy Duckworth of the group criticized Trump, saying, “He’s the one who put us out in the first place.” She said “very.”

He said the US should not be involved in bombing missions or other military actions against Iran, but D-Va. “What we need to do is continue to provide Israel with all the tools they need to protect themselves,” Sen. Tim Kane said.

“We hope that we will continue to promote the diplomatic solutions we had until the president tears them apart,” Kane said.

Meanwhile, Sen. Angus King, a caucus with Democrats, told Fox News Digital that “questions can be resolved without our involvement.” He said he hopes Iran “will see the light and decide there’s no need to continue developing nuclear fuel.”

On the other side of the aisle, Sen. R-Texas, Sen. Ted Cruz, believes Trump is “in an unshakable position with the nation of Israel,” and believes it is the right move to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.

“Israel is very effective in military strikes against Iran. They took senior military leaders and war-fighting leaders were present one after the other surgically surgically taken away by Israel. They are also taking out missile launch sites and nuclear research sites where Iran works to develop nuclear weapons,” Cruz explained.

“Deterrence is always key,” said Sen. Markwayne Mullin of R-Ohio. “This President is very clear that he is all about peace and he doesn’t want to use the power of the United States unless we are absolutely necessary. I think deterrence is the best foreign policy because it shows peace through strength.”

That being said, Marin said Trump was “very clear for over a decade. He never allows the Iranian regime, a sponsor of terrorism around the world, to have nuclear weapons.”

“So if they can’t do their job, they need to prepare to back up Israel, and then they need to be able to finish it,” he said.

“Look, he’s been saying this for 10 years. He’s been saying Iran can’t have nuclear weapons,” said R-Ala Senator Katie Britt. “So it’s not just [uranium] The enrichment that never happens and should not happen is also complete and a complete dismantling of the nuclear program. ”
