A Homeland Security spokesperson told Fox News Digital that Democrats in her community could be hit with consolidation charges.
After Arizona Sen. Analyze Ortiz admitted to warning her community on social media about the ice movement, DHS Deputy Chief Tricia McLaughlin argued in a Fox News Digital statement that lawmakers chose illegal offenders over American citizens.
“Arizona Senator Analyze Ortiz has more vicious cartels, traffickers and violent criminals than American citizens,” McLaughlin said.
“Notifying the public about ICE law enforcement practices puts law enforcement at risk and undermines national security in America,” she continued.

In response to a Fox News Digital question about whether Ortiz could face the accusation, McLaughlin replied, “This certainly looks like a disturbance of justice.”
She pointed to DHS statistics that ICE officers are currently facing an 830% increase in attacks.
“The ice men and women risked their lives every day to arrest violent, illegal foreigners, in order to protect and protect the lives of American citizens,” McLaughlin said. “Undoubtedly, sanctuary politicians like the Arizona Senator have contributed to the surge in attacks on our ice officers through repeated slandering and demonizing the ice.”
This is when the popular, conservative social media page, “Libs of Tiktok,” blows up Ortiz to provide updates on local ICE operations. Libs from Tiktok posted a screenshot showing that he belongs to Ortiz, warning in English and Spanish that “Ice exists.” The post also showed where federal officials were.

Libs of Tiktok wrote, “Arizona State Senator Analise Ortiz (D) actively exerts obstacles by posting live locations on Instagram, stacking ice and dox-squeaking.” The account urged border area Tom Homan, DHS and ICE to submit fees to Ortiz.
In response, Ortiz warned her community about ice activity, saying, “Yes. When ice is around, I warn the community to stay away from the area.”
In response to Lib’s appeal for accusations against her, Ortiz wrote, “I am not scared of you or the Trump masked idiot.”
After the comments, Republican Arizona Sen. Warren Petersen issued a statement retiring Ortiz.

Petersen said she introduced the issue to US lawyers in the Arizona area for an investigation “as she appears to be violating federal law.”

Ortiz wrote in a post on X, saying, “I will not be threatened. I warn our community to avoid the community, regardless of citizenship, when Trump’s masked thugs terrorize us all. Trump does not respect our laws or our constitution.
