Authorities confiscated £900 illegal fireworks during the July 4th celebration in San Bernardino County.
The operation targeted the areas of Fontana, Rialto, Bloomington, Litle Creek, Rozana Ranch, San Antonio Heights and Mount Bardi, targeting lawmakers from Fontana Sheriff Station and the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office.
During the operation, authorities discovered approximately 900 pounds of illegal/dangerous fireworks. The street value of the confiscated fireworks was approximately $7,000.
Authorities issued four quotations, including a fine of $1,250 for each violation. No further details have been made public as the case is under investigation.
