Several of the suspects charged with attempted murder of two ICE agents and police officers at the Prairiland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas on the Fourth of July, met in an online chat group about the signal. Court records show that the case may have worsened.

Morris allegedly “convened that he met some people online and brought some of them from Dallas to the center to “make noises.”
Police also found seven suspects of black military fatigue wandering in fields 300 yards away. They also had weapons, vests and radios.

“ICE is actively working with the FBI and the Texas Rangers on the incident,” a DHS spokesperson said in a statement.
