Filmed in the aftermath of the KTLA crash, the video shows what appears to be pedestrian property, including suitcases and some clothing, on the sidewalk in front of McDonald’s. Video from the civic app showed that traffic was redirected, blocking the presence of large police from the road.
As the authorities began investigating the cause, PCH traffic was “severely affected” as a result of the crash. Their investigation revealed that one of the drivers involved was affected and the driver was arrested.
Their identity has not been revealed.
