California lottery officials said the Norco cigarette shop sold $1 Super Lotto Plus tickets on Saturday night.
Tickets were purchased at USA Tobacco in Riverside County, officials said.
The winner was the only person who chose 5 number 5 to hit the jackpot, in addition to all five numbers drawn on Saturday night (7, 10, 11, 21, 32). The chances of choosing that combination were one of 41,416,353, the California lottery said.
The unpublished winner has 180 days to claim the award. Prizes from the California lottery can be paid in 30 installments per year or as a lump sum.
The owner of Noco Shop could not be reached for comment on Saturday night.
The second ticket, which includes five correct numbers rather than the sixth mega number, was sold at a 76 gas station in Agra. The ticket won $33,650.
Overall, over 102,640 winning tickets were drawn to the California lottery on Saturday. Multiple $1, $67 and $2,103 award tickets were on sale, with $7 tickets worth over $15,000.
Compared to the Powerball tickets drawn in March, the multi-million dollar tickets pale. The tickets sold 7-11 in Anaheim and were worth $515 million.
