First on FOX: Government’s Ministry of Efficiency terminated employment of 3,600 probation health and human services employees on Friday, but was cautious to rule out people who are in professional or important roles. I went through the process.

More than half of the agency’s probation employees were retained.

The cut is estimated to save about $600 million in taxpayer dollars per year.

Doge says he dug another $1.9 billion in taxpayer money by Biden Administration, “misguided”

Probation employees who were excluded from layoffs include:

Management of Children and Families (ACF) working on emergency preparedness and response for Strategic Preparation and Response (ASPR), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other departments of HHSScientists who conduct research. Frontline healthcare provision for employees working on Medicare and Medicaid at the Centre for Medicare and Medicaid at the Centre for Medicare and Medicaid at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Persons (CMS) and the Drug Administration (FDA)

Doge first considers key employees by considering key features of HHS (front-line healthcare providers, innovative research scientists, emergency response personnel) I did.

New Sen. Jim Justice said, “I was shocked by the reaction to the absolute ‘Democrat’ Elon Musk’s dog revelation.

“In many cases where there is a lack of clarity, we worked directly with people who knew the employees or who knew the department’s work to clarify the exact work they were doing.” The Trump administration said.

The exact process varies across federal agencies, but DOGE considers it, but takes into account key functions, professional responsibilities, and individual roles in each workforce reduction analysis. HHS has attracted special attention, particularly within the CDC, with great care in research functions, lab work, and outbreak monitoring and response.

“Healthcare is clearly an important goal for the president and for the new secretary,” the official said. “We want to make governments more efficient and reduce the size of our federal workforce, but we want to be very thoughtful about the key functions that governments need to perform.”

Officials said Doge would not begin evaluations with a given cost-cutting target, and there were no official orders federal agencies lined up for review.

“Contracts and grants are usually two main mechanisms the federal government has to diversify funds,” an official told Fox News. “And we’re thinking about regulations too. All institutions are different, but what we see is pretty similar across all institutions.”

Greg Norman of Fox News Digital contributed to this report.
