Exclusive: Attorney General Pam Bondy on Monday directed staff to act on criminal referrals from the Director of National Intelligence in connection with alleged conspiracy to link President Donald Trump to Russia, and the Justice Department is currently opening a major ju court investigation into the issue, Fox News Digital learned.

Bondi has ordered an unnamed federal prosecutor to begin legal proceedings, and prosecutors are expected to present departmental evidence to the large ju court, according to sources familiar with Bondi’s letters and investigations reviewed by Fox News Digital.

A DOJ spokesman declined to comment on the investigation’s report, but Bondi said he was referring to Gabbard as “very serious.” The spokesman said he believes Bondi has a “clear cause of deep concern” and a need for a next step.

The DOJ confirmed he was referred by Gabbard two weeks ago. The introduction included a memorandum entitled “Intelligence Intelligence Report Community Restraints that demonstrated that Russia and criminals had no impact” in the 2016 presidential election due to infrastructure cyberattacks, and asked the DOJ to open an investigation.

No charges have been filed at this stage of the investigation into potential defendants.

The revelation that the DOJ is moving forward in the Great Ju Court investigation comes after declassifying the intelligence reporting agency in July, which shed new light on the Obama administration’s alleged decision to support Trump in the 2016 election.

Former President Barack Obama and his Intelligence Director-General reportedly promoted the unnatural narrative that Russia intervened in the 2016 election to help President Trump win, and sold it to the American people as if it were true.

Among the declassified materials were meeting records that were allegedly claimed that his agent had prepared an intelligence report assessment in December 2016 after Obama won the election.

The intelligence report assessment emphasized that Russia’s actions were intended to have no effect on election outcomes, rather to distrust the democratic process.

Gabbard claims that Obama and his national security officials laid the “foundation” for the story of Trump at the time conspired to win the 2016 election. An FBI investigation and two special advisor investigations loomed on many of Trump’s first administration.

It is unclear who the big ju judge is expected to target, and the restrictions laws for most of the activities nearly a decade ago, what charges could be made.

Former Obama intelligence chief, including John Brennan, James Clapper and James Comey, sparked scrutiny from Trump officials who allegedly were involved in the development of intelligence that undermined Trump’s 2016 victory.
