The classic Corvette driver escaped the scene after crashing a vintage Los Angeles car.
Video obtained by KTLA shows the aftermath of a collision near the intersection of Fairfax Avenue and Beverly Boulevard in LA’s Fairfax district around 11pm on Friday (involving a corvette and fire hydrant).
The classic car with a black exterior and red interior sheared the fire hydrant at Beverly after the driver seemed to have apparently lost control.

The collision maintained major front-end damage, created a geiser, and part of Beverly Boulevard was flooded near the Vivergree Bloove shopping centre.
Two riverside officers charged after destroying skateboards in viral video
Authorities were unable to find the potential driver or resident of the vehicle.
KTLA contacted the Los Angeles Police Department for details, but has not yet received a reply.
