Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk can speak to White House aides on Friday to calm the ongoing feud with President Donald Trump, Fox News learned.
Musk and Trump have been discussing social media recently. The explosion came after masks began “thin” with Trump for about a month, Fox News senior White House correspondent Peter Doucy reported Friday.
White House aides told Doocy that Trump and Musk don’t expect to talk to each other today, but that Trump administration officials may try to talk to Musk.
Doucy also reported that the red Tesla vehicle Trump bought at a Tesla demonstration on the south lawn of the White House property earlier this year is now expected to be given or sold. The Florida tagged vehicle remains parked near the White House as of Friday.

Musk claimed on Thursday that Trump was on Jeffrey Epstein’s files.
“@RealdonaldTrump is in the Epstein file,” Musk writes to X.
Musk followed the post with another person, saying, “Please mark this post for the future. The truth will come out.”
“This is an unfortunate episode of Elon, who is unhappy with one big beautiful bill because it doesn’t include the policies he wanted,” said White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt. “The President is focusing on passing this historic law and making our country great again.”
Truthfully socially, Trump said on Thursday that Elon was ‘wearing thin,’ I asked him to leave, and I took away his EV mission.
“The easiest way to save money on budgets, billions, billions of dollars is to end Elon’s government subsidies and contracts. I was always surprised that Biden didn’t do that!” Trump also said.
This is a developing story. Please check for updates.
