Exclusive: In the ongoing midst of violent attacks, threats and vandalism against Tesla owners and dealers, amid a widespread “Tesla Takedown” protests across the country, the GOP is challenging Democrats to condemn the attack as a domestic terrorist attack.
R-Colo. Republican firefighter Rep. Lauren Boebert introduced a resolution in the House of Representatives Tuesday.
The measure denounces unknown members of the Democrats, calling for supporters to incite and engage domestic terrorism by attacking Tesla vehicles and facilities to protest Elon Musk,” blaming the wave of “domestic terrorist attacks” targeting Tesla vehicles and distributors.
“The definition of terrorism is the illegal use of violence and threats in the pursuit of political purposes. That’s exactly what’s happening across the country at Tesla dealers, where innocent Americans who chose Tesla face violence from left-wing terrorists that President Donald Trump hates and left-wing terrorists who hate Elon Musk.

The resolution cites 80 incidents of arson or vandalism against Tesla vehicles and 10 incidents of vandalism against Tesla dealers, charging stations and facilities across the United States and Canada.
The incidents include individuals setting a fire to cars and equipment by throwing Molotov cocktails, shooting buildings and vehicles, and setting a fire to cars and equipment by marking private property with words like “Nazis” or “Long Live Ukraine.”
Among the incidents cited in the resolution were the attacks in Las Vegas on March 18th. In Las Vegas, a black shot with a Tesla car at the Tesla Cruising Center set some of them on fire with Molotov cocktails and painted the word “resistance” on the front door of the shop.
Suspect Paul Hion Kim, 36, was arrested by a major Las Vegas police station in connection with the incident. According to prison records, Kim is charged with multiple crimes, including property destruction, arson and possession of fire equipment.
Tim Waltz says he was joking when he chuckled at Tesla’s stock decline: “These people don’t have a sense of humor.”

The resolution also mentions the Mach 6 attack near Portland, Oregon. At least seven gunshots are fired into Tesla’s showrooms in the middle of the night, shattering windows, damaging three cars and destroying equipment.
Despite these incidents, even if the FBI launches a task force to crack down on Tesla crimes, the Justice Department has issued charges against arson suspects, and has announced that Attorney General Pam Bondy has labelled the attack as “domestic terrorism.”
Many Democrats actually doubled their inflammatory rhetoric against Doji musks, naming him “the threat to democracy” and “Nazis.”

The measure, which denies the domestic terrorist rivers against Tesla owners and dealers, is currently home to eight stubborn, conservative co-sponsors: Andy Biggs, R-Alize, Byron Donald, R-Hura, Brandon Gill, R-Texas, Nancy Mace, Rs.C. R-Tenn. and Greg Steube, R-Fla.

“The American people deserve to know where their representatives stand when it comes to condemning terrorism within the country,” Boebert said. “My house resolution will make it clear where all members of Congress stand. Will they condemn domestic terrorism against Tesla or do they fully support it?”
