Faith leaders across the country visited President Donald Trump in their oval office on Wednesday, where they prayed with the commander.
The White House posted images of leaders who sat at a desk and gathered to pray around Trump.

“On behalf of @BaptistLeaders, meeting @Realdonaldtrump today and meeting @Realdonaldtrump with other Christian leaders was a great honor. Pray for him in the oval office,” Wolf writes in X. “It was an incredible day.
Robert Jeffries, pastor of First Baptist Dallas Church, also spoke about the visit.
“I am honored to guide today’s prayer for President @RealdonaldTrump today!” he wrote to X.

David Burton, founder of WallBuilder, who was with faith leaders, said it was “honor” to pray for Trump.
In the video, Burton said Trump supports faith-based programs and policies that “reflect family, faith and values.” Wallbuilders aims to educate the public about the ways in which the Bible played a pivotal role in the establishment of the country.
In February, Trump signed an executive order to establish the White House Faith Office as part of the National Policy Council. The order says the new office will consult with faith leaders on a variety of topics, including “protecting religious freedom.”

On Wednesday evening, Trump’s Mar-Arago residence in Palm Beach, Florida hosts Catholics for the Catholic Gala.
Speakers at the event include retired US military General Michael Flynn and veteran political consultant Troger Stone.
