The death of a woman found inside a burned Mobile home Monday afternoon marked a murder investigation, authorities confirmed.
Investigators did not immediately disclose why they launched an investigation into the murder, but they will release details later Tuesday.
The bodies of the unidentified victim were found after firefighters responded to 23777 Mulholland Highway in the area of Calabasas Village after 3:30pm Monday.
The crew arrived to find what looked like a mobile home and a white van, showing heavy flames and smoke.

Aerial footage shot by Sky5 shows the mobile home being destroyed in the fire.
Firefighters put out the flames in 20 minutes, but one crew member was taken to hospital with mild, severe injuries, firefighters said.
No information has been released regarding the cause of the fire.
