FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino said the Justice Department is considering resigning from handling Jeffrey Epstein’s files, sources told Fox News Digital that Bongino took a break from work Friday due to his frustration.
Bongino has not been seen in the office since Wednesday, sources told Fox News Digital.
The latest revelation comes shortly after a heated debate between Bongino and U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi that took place in the White House on Wednesday, two sources confirmed.

The latest revelation came shortly after President Donald Trump’s QUIP to White House reporters during Cabinet meetings, where he called the late sex offenders and financiers “creeps.”
“Can I suspend a second?” Trump said after reporters directed Epstein’s question at Bondi. “Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein?”
“This guy has been talked about for years. You’re asking…We have Texas, we have this, we have it all. And are people still talking about this guy, this creep?” Trump asked. “That’s incredible.”

On Sunday, the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI issued a joint review ending the theory of Epstein’s client list, concluded that there is no such list detailing the names of the world’s elites who allegedly participated as sexual predators in Epstein’s history.
The DOJ also concluded that a dishonest investor committed suicide in a prison cell in New York City in 2019, awaiting further sex trafficking charges.

The release of prison surveillance video was followed by the rage of the public that was used to prove that the administration had proven that no one had entered Epstein’s cell in the time leading up to his death.
However, the 10-hour video was missing for a minute, promoting a conspiracy theory that the administration was taking part in cover-ups, including Epstein’s death.
