One is in danger after an explosion at a fireworks display at his home in Los Angeles’ Pacoima neighborhood on Thursday morning.
When the incident was reported around 9am, emergency crews were sent to the 13,500 block of Remington Street
“The initial reports from the scene indicate an explosion of a single-family home,” Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Lincey Lantz said in a news alert.
One patient, identified only as a 40-year-old man, was in a burned condition and suffered burns, Lantz said.

The crew also identified three dogs trapped in a partially collapsed house and began an escape effort.
The injured resident said no other people were home at the time of the explosion.
Investigators believe the fireworks are the cause of the explosion.
