First on FOX: Florida Attorney General James Usmier was fired Wednesday at a federal judge of Miami, who was ordered by Obama, and attempted to stop enforcement of Miami immigration law.

Uthmeier told Fox News Digital that he filed a complaint with the Atlanta-based 11th Circuit to maintain a motion to suspend Florida’s illegal immigration laws.

“As the late Justice Scalia once said, “If securing that territory in this way is not within the scope of strength. [Florida]”We should stop calling it a sovereign state,” Usmeyer said.

Uthmeier originally told Judge Kathleen Williams that he could not tell law enforcement officers not to enforce new state laws to make it a misdemeanor to enter Florida to avoid the Fed.

Williams ruled that the law violated the U.S. Constitution’s superiority clause, but retorted that Usmeier could not order the Florida Highway Patrol to halt enforcement because he was not a party to the order.

“Florida police officers don’t need my permission to do their job, and the judge cannot order law enforcement officers to stop when they’re not even parties to the case,” Uthmeier told Fox News Digital on Wednesday.

“This is Law 101. She has no jurisdiction. I hope that the appeals court will correct the issues created by the lower courts and reaffirm that as the “most dangerous branch,” district court judges must remain in the lanes of the constitution. ”

Florida AG will set up a parent’s rights office and lend legal firepower to parents’ “godly given rights”

In his submission, Usmeyer said Florida had “didn’t do anything more… [but] It helped the United States to curb illegal immigration within state borders and did not take any measures that violate the Constitution.

“The SB 4-C (law) criminalizes entry into Florida for people who have illegally entered the United States. That law tracks federal laws to the tee.”

“Florida law defines “illicit aliens” as “people who are illegally present in the United States in accordance with the conditions of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act.”

“I don’t think the AG should be lightly empty to respect the proper separation of the rule of law and power. The ACLU is set to block President Donald Trump’s efforts to detain and deport illegals. We are trying to fight back.
