According to TMZ, the 13-year-old juvenile soccer coach who died in Ventura County is expected to be charged with murder of the juvenile.
Oscar’s Omar Hernandez family confirmed to KTLA that they will head to downtown Los Angeles Monday afternoon to attend a scheduled press conference by district attorney Nathan Hochman.
Mario Edgardo Garcia Aquino, 43, is believed to be the last person to see Hernandez alive before being reported missing by his loved one on March 30th. Last week, Oscar’s body was found in a ditch in a ditch in a dense forest area in Oxnard.
Their loved ones have repeatedly claimed that the boy’s former soccer coach Garcia Aquino was the last person to be with him. The boy’s body was found on April 2nd in a forest area in Ventura County. Two days later, Garcia Aquino was arrested on unrelated sexual assault charges.

Hochman’s Office announced it would hold a press conference Monday at 4pm, citing law enforcement sources, TMZ reported that Garcia Aquino will be appointed as a suspect in the murder of the juvenile.
Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell and Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna will be present.
