Fox News Digital reportedly, a former Biden administration head called the fifth amendment on Friday during a closed deposition with the House Oversight Committee.
Annie Tomasini will become the third Democratic official for Stonewall investigators who are considering whether signs of former President Joe Biden’s mental decline are hidden by his inner circle.
The former White House deputy chief of staff was seen entering the committee room within an hour, and in either case he hadn’t said anything to reporters.

A source familiar with the discussion told Fox News Digital that she called out the fifth revision multiple times.
Tomasini is the third former supervisory official who will come before the committee investigators under the subpoena, and is the fifth to appear in the whole.
She was intended to appear on Friday for a voluntary transcribed interview, but aides to the committee previously appeared on Fox News Digital, with Tomasini’s lawyers on House Oversight Committee James Comer, R-Ky. He said he asked to issue a specific subpoena.

Previous officials who appeared under the subpoena – former white doctor Kevin O’Connor, and Anthony Bernal, a longtime aide to former First Mrs. Lady Jill, also evoked the Fifth Amendment.
Comer is investigating whether Biden’s former top White House aide hides signs of his mental and physical decline during his tenure and has been commissioned via Autoopen without the full knowledge of the president. The Biden allies opposed these claims.
As the house probe gets hot, he says “I never worried” about Biden’s mental state before.

In an interview with the New York Times on Thursday, Biden declared himself “made all the decisions.”
However, Republicans have repeatedly accused those who have accepted the fifth amendment so far, for intentionally hiding critical information about the former president, despite their lawyers claiming it was not acknowledging guilt.
