The former DC police officer was sentenced to 18 months in prison after being convicted of three counts of one count that obstructed justice and a false statement.

Shane Lamond, the supervisor of the Intelligence Email Division of the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homeland Security Agency, leaked sensitive information to the national president of then-pride boy Henry “Henrique” Talio.

Talio attended Lamond’s ruling and then held a press conference, calling on President Donald Trump to relent on his former officer.

“Please step in and correct the fraud that the Justice Department and the US President have just witnessed in this court,” Talio said according to the report.

Ramond was convicted in December 2024 of falling Talio over his own departmental investigation into the destruction of a “Black Lives Matter” (BLM) banner.

“As proven at the trial, Lamond turned his work to his head and instead of getting confidential information from him, he lied about his actions and obstructed the investigation of the source,” said U.S. attorney Matthew M. Graves after Ramond’s conviction. “The information gathering role that Ramond was supposed to play is important to keep our community safe. His violation of the trust he has given us puts our community at greater risk and cannot be ignored.”

FBI’s KashPatel’s question on January 6th is “Coming.”

According to a December 2024 press release from the Department of Justice, Ramond and Talio have been in regular contact from July 2019 regarding “planned” proud juvenile activities in DC. This did not change after the Ramond division began investigating the BLM banner destruction on December 12, 2020.

Despite the fact that Talio was considered the “primary subject” of the investigation, Ramond gave the boy’s leader “secret law enforcement information” at the time. The Justice Department says Talio has handed the information to other members of the proud boy.

A few weeks later, January 4, 2021 – just two days before the infamous January 6 Capitol riots – Ramond sent Talio a message “set to self-destruction” informing the proud juvenile leader that he has a warrant for an arrest. Talio, who was traveling from Florida to DC when he received the message, was arrested and pleaded guilty.

In DC, the biggest penalty for obstructing justice is a 30-year prison, with false statements up to five years.
