First Fox: Senate Republicans are moving forward with all their might by investigating the alleged cover-up of mental decline reported by former President Joe Biden, and have released a list of witnesses for upcoming hearings.
The list of witnesses for upcoming hearings, set Wednesday and the first Congressional hearing on the subject, includes former members of President Donald Trump’s first administration and legal scholars, each selected to give a perspective on Biden’s inner circle and how media allegedly erode his health.

Theodore Waldo’s list includes the list of witnesses. He previously served as deputy deputy attorney general for the Justice Department’s Legal Policy Office and was deputy aide to domestic policy during the Trump administration. Sean Spicer, former White House press secretary and communications director. John Harrison, a law scholar at the University of Virginia School of Law, previously served between Reagan and the Bush administration.
Democrats on the committee did not call witnesses. Fox News Digital reached out to Sen. Dick Durbin, panel Sen. Dick Durbin for comments.

“This week’s hearing is an important opportunity for Americans to get the right answers for who truly ran the country when Joe Biden’s health is clearly declining and constitutional issues are raised by an unfair president,” he said.
In a statement to Fox News Digital, Schmidt said the cover-up allegations were “a threat to our country, which undermined our constitution — we must ensure that it never happens again.”
“We look forward to hearing from a panel of witnesses who share constitutional expertise, the approval process within the White House and access to the media’s president,” he said. “Americans are demanding accountability and this hearing will be the first step in the process.”
Fox News Digital reached out to Wold, Spicer and Harrison for comment.

Cornyn and Schmidt join a family colleague who has similarly demanded answers about what actually happened behind the scenes of President Biden.
House Republicans are pushing for establishing a select committee to investigate alleged cover-ups of the Biden administration.
R-Ga. Last month, Senator Buddy Carter introduced a law that launched a committee that jumps into “potential concealment of information from the American public” on Biden’s health.

Additionally, James Kommer, R-KY, chairman of the House Oversight Committee. urged several high-ranking staff at the Biden White House to participate in a transcribed interview about their suspected role in covering up the decline of the former president.
Of the 10 witnesses he called to attend, only four agreed to participate, including Biden’s former director of the National Policy Council. Neela Tanden, Biden’s assistant and senior advisor to First Lady. Anthony Bernal, former special assistant to Biden and assistant director of Oval Office Operations. Biden’s vice-chief of staff Annie Tomasini.
