As aspects of President Donald Trump’s agenda are hampered by judges in legal agenda, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis suggests that Congress can strip federal courts of jurisdiction.
“Congress has the power to strip federal courts of jurisdiction to decide these cases in the first place. The obstruction of President Trump’s agenda by a ‘resistance’ judge was predictable. Desantis wrote in X’s Wednesday post.
