Inside SoFi Stadium, a historic battle for bragging rights takes place at the 89th East Los Angeles Classic.
“I’m so excited! Look at me shaking!” said fan Samantha Salas.
Two famous high school football teams, the Roosevelt Rough Riders and Garfield Bulldogs, have played under the Friday night lights since 1925, with the exception of 1939 and 1948 due to the Great Depression and World War II. We continue to confront each other.
But this will be the first time this iconic game will be played at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, home of the LA Rams and Chargers. Participants said that this place created unforgettable memories for the children.

“It was a great experience for the kids,” former Bulldog player Adrian Campos said.
The seats were full and there was a strong sense of nostalgia as community members gathered to celebrate their school.
But among the crowd of soccer fans, there was one person who jammed.
“I came here thinking I was going to see the Black Eyed Peas,” said fan Javier Lujan. When you drive here and get your ticket, you know you’re here for a football game. ”
Confused, Lujan realizes that the concert is actually a halftime show.
The Black Eyed Peas weren’t the only band to distract fans. With the World Series against the Dodgers underway between the two schools, people like Andrew Rico recalled old memories while watching the Boys in Blue face off against the New York Yankees in the Fall Classic. .
