Jeffrey Epstein’s co-conspirator and best friend Gislaine Maxwell has been moved to Texas’ safest federal prison camp, prison officials said Friday.
Maxwell, who serves 20 years in prison for her role in recruiting minors for sex and trafficking, was in custody at a low-security facility in Tallahassee, Florida, which housed men and women.
The camp in Brian, Texas is minimally secure and accommodates women only. The majority of inmates at the facility spend their time on non-violent and white-collar crimes.
Elizabeth Holmes, the founder of the dishonest Terranos, is housed there after being convicted of fraudulent hundreds of millions of dollars investor and “the real housewife of Salt Lake City,” Sturgen Sher.
“We can confirm that we are in custody of the Bureau of Prisons at Brian’s federal prison camp in Brian, Texas,” the Bureau of Prisons said in a statement.
The Prison Bureau did not specify why she was moved.
