Exclusive: One of four Jewish Republicans serving in the House of Representatives is asking the federal government to deport allegedly illegal immigrants accused of burning Jews in Colorado on Sunday.
In an interview with Fox News Digital Monday, R-Fla Rep. Randy Fine called for both the assailant and his family to be kicked out of the United States.
“I’m very angry, if you don’t know. Many of us have been talking about this for years,” Fine said harshly. “Maybe next time someone will say, ‘Globalize the intifadas and globalize resistance by the necessary means.’
Officials say a man identified as Mohamed Sabri Soliman threw a Molotov cocktail and used a “make-up flamethrower” to fire peaceful Jewish activists. He is said to have cried out “Free Palestine” while committing the attack.

“The whole Palestinian cause is a lie… The whole justification of the cause is to eradicate Israel and eradicate the Jews,” Fein said.
“Find one person screaming ‘Palestine’, saying that Israel is fine even if it exists. You don’t find them. Find someone who says, “Globalizes intifadas.” I think Israel should exist.
Fine told Fox News Digital that the House Republican massive tax and spending settlement bill (President Donald Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill”) will give the White House resources to help reduce such risks.
“President Trump needs the resources to round up and deport all illegal immigrants.
The immigration situation of Soliman’s relatives – and whether he has a family in the United States is not immediately clear.

However, the Department of Homeland Security said Monday morning that the suspect was illegally in the United States. Spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin wrote to X:
It came after a source from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) told Fox News that Soliman had been on a visa but was an Egyptian immigrant who was granted work permits during the Biden administration.
Eight people, ages 52 to 88, were injured in the attack, including Holocaust survivors. So far, no deaths have been reported. Activists were marching in support of the Israeli hostages held by Hamas.
Soliman was hit with multiple charges, including first-degree murder.
“The Jews were burned alive in the United States in 2025. They burned 80 years ago and said, “Never again.” And if I continue this, I will be cursed,” Fine said.

He also called on Congress to pass his recent laws that make religion a protected class on university campuses, and to “cut off” the US’s financial impact in the US.
Asked how he would achieve it, Fine pointed out that he had previously been given the nickname “Hebrew Hammer.”
“I didn’t come up with that, but they gave me that,” Fine said.
