First Fox: Georgia Republican Rep. Andrew Clyde officially presents an article on the perks each against a judge who ordered the Trump administration to freeze federal funds.
The article was first shared with Fox News Digital, claiming US District Judge John James McConnell Jr. for abuse of power and conflict of interest, saying that he “deliberately politicized and weaponized his judicial position in order to advance his own political views and beliefs.”
If McConnell is found guilty of such a charge, the article should be read and he should be removed from his job.

McConnell currently oversees lawsuits brought by 22 states and the District of Columbia, challenging the Trump administration’s move to withhold federal grants. After McConnell ordered the administration to comply with the restraining order, the government appealed to the First Circuit. This refused to maintain the order.
“Americans voted overwhelmingly for President Trump in November, providing a clear mandate to make the federal government more efficient,” Clyde told Fox News Digital. “However, Judge McConnell, who supports the benefit of his own injunction, is unilaterally obstructing the president’s agenda and trying to ignore the will of the American people. Judge McConnell’s actions are corrupt, dangerous and worthy of ammunition.”

Clyde announced plans to draft an ammo each article in early February after McConnell ordered the Trump administration to revive federal grants and loans suspended. The article officially states the price.
McConnell also warned that after the 2021 video resurfaced, the court was attacked by Trump supporters and conservatives, with the rule of law being enforced.
The article cites the video, claiming that McConnell “permitted his personal political opinions to influence his decisions and rulings,” saying he “exemplified a “bias that distorted his decisions” in the federal freeze case.
In a statement, Clyde said “judicial activities” were “the latest form of law on the left.”
Reporter’s Notes: Aburn apalooza stays here
The bang each article by Rep. Andrew Clyde comes days after R-Texas GOP Rep. Brandon Gill filed his own article against U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, Inset. (Getty Images)
“Congress has the responsibility and constitutional authority to hold activist judges accountable through ammo each,” he continued. “I commend my colleagues for holding other fraudulent judges accountable for their work, and I hope we will soon see swift action on this important issue in the house.”
When contacted, the court declined to comment.
Clyde’s ammo each resolution follows a similar move by R-Texas MP Brandon Gill. A Washington, D.C.-based federal judge oversees another case where President Donald Trump uses 18th-century wartime laws to send Venezuelan citizens to El Salvador, which had linked to violent gang trends.

Gill accuses Boasberg of abuse of his power by suspending the deportation order under the law of 1789.
Criticism of the lower court judges that ruled against the Trump administration has urged Chief Justice John Roberts to respond this month to issue an extraordinary statement.
“For over two centuries, it has been established that each is not an appropriate response to differences in opinion over judicial decisions,” Roberts said. “There is a normal appeal review process for that purpose.”
