Rent a Grandma, a Las Vegas business, offers a variety of services, including babysitting and domestic support, and employs people with a wide range of life experience to help those in need.

The local franchise opened in February. Mayor Diane, founder and CEO of the Las Vegas Business, said she believes service is needed in the Las Vegas Valley and cites her experiences when her first granddaughter was born.

“I took care of her after birth and realized that such services were needed in this community, so I became an expert in postnatal doula and newborn care,” the mayor said. “For 16 years I have been caring for a newborn and her family and I realized my daughter had another grandchild. [that Rent A Grandma] It’s definitely something the community needs. ”

She said the service will bring a warm and friendly approach to every task, and will place individuals with families as nannies, babysitters, home care providers, chefs, chefs and domestic staff.

The violent and false crash claims that two people live in Pomona

“When clients call and they’re looking for grandmas, I try to fit them into the best granny who can fit their needs according to where they live and the time they want to work,” the mayor said. “We can do it all.”

Magdalena Brandon said she wanted to register her grandma for rent and lend her time and help her when she was experiencing a late period in her business.

“I always like to look for other ways to do things,” Brandon said. Whether she was running to the grocery store or taking someone to the clinic, flexible hours and various duties appealed to her.

Brandon said he supports the 99-year-old’s life along with regular lunches. The experience included a historical perspective on the Korean War, she said, adding that she felt rewarding in bringing some kind of happiness to the lives of veterans.

It’s that type of experience that grandma appears to provide to staff and clients.

Since the grand opening, 25 grandmas and five grandpas have been registered. Each of them has undergone background checks and CPR training.

Although the service prices vary, the mayor said most costs around $25 an hour, the same as employed grandparents would receive as payments.
