While Gwenyth Paltrow, a prominent figure in the 2017 #MeToo movement, promotes her new film, “Marty Supreme,” which plays the opposite side of Timote’s Chalamet, the Los Angeles Times reported, she is unaware of the rise of intimate coordinators on the film set.
According to SAG/AFTRA, a trade union representing many actors and media experts, there are interactions between actors and production, as well as athletic coaches and choreographers involving nude, simulated sex and other intimate, hyper-exposed scenes.
In the upcoming film directed by Josh Safdy, loosely based on the life of table tennis champion Martin “Marty” Raysman, Charamette-painted table tennis champion, Paltrow, 52, said the intertwining of their characters has something to do with many sex scenes.
“I’m ‘It’s okay, great. I’m 109. You’re 14,” The Times reports that Paltrow said about his 29-year-old co-star.

While filming at least one sex scene, an intimate coordinator reportedly asked Paltrow if he was happy with the particular interaction.
“I remembered saying, ‘Girls, I’ve come from the days when you’re naked, you’re in bed, the camera is on,” she said.

The actor said she and Chalamett said they were fine and that the coordinator could back down a bit.
“I don’t know if the kids started, but… if someone is like, ‘It’s ‘It’s ok, then he’ll put his hands here,’ then as an artist, I’m going to feel very suffocating by it,” The Times said.
This role led Chalamett to play roles in Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law and in the 1999 film Shakespeare in Love.
“Marty Supreme” is scheduled for Christmas Day release in theaters.
