If you recently purchased a lottery ticket at 7-Eleven, located at 763 N. Euclid St. in Anaheim, check it out now.
The one ticket, which recently sold at the convenience store, coincides with all five numbers and Powerball from Saturday’s painting, and is now worth an estimated $515 million, the California lottery announced. Winnings were 21, 7, 11, 61 and 53, with two Powerballs.
The store will win a $1 million bonus for sale. An employee answering a call at 7-Eleven on Sunday said the store has not yet been notified of the winners that come forward to claim the award.
Saturday’s match was the 29th painting since an Oregon player won the Powerball Jackpot in January. The top prize has now dropped to just $20 million.
Southern California has been home to several notable Powerball ticket sales in recent years.
The Elsinore ticket buyer registered one $437 million grand prize in October. (The person still won $243,665.)
In October 2023, $1 billion worth of Powerball tickets were sold at Minute near Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles.
And in November 2022, he won over $2 billion on tickets purchased by a man at a gas station in Altadena, becoming California’s first billionaire. He used his proceeds to buy several homes in the LA area.
