what’s new
This year, new Hokkaido stages have been added. A new exhibit showing some of the unique ways Southern California’s car culture is shaping the auto industry.
The new NILU hypercar will be on display from November 22nd to November 24th. Designed by Sasha Selipanov, a major influence on Lamborghini, Bugatti and Koenigsegg over the past 20 years, NILU is a modern, one-off purpose-built hypercar. Powered by a rear-mounted naturally aspirated V12, the NILU aims to be a throwback to the very analog F1 cars of the 1980s and 90s. The prototype vehicle will be assembled in Irvine, California, and will be one of the most powerful naturally aspirated vehicles in the world. It boasts over 1000 horsepower in the world.
Then, on November 25th and 26th, Tesla specialists Unplugged Performance will take center stage. On display will be a modern Cybertruck with body panels, lift kits, wheels, enhanced lighting, custom bed storage solutions and more.
On November 27th and 28th, MrCarSounds, also known as Greg Gevozyanyan, his brand “Be LOUD” and his track-ready BMW E92 M3 will take over the exhibit.
Gevojanyan first gained fame for his ability to imitate car engine sounds with amazing accuracy. He will be debuting his latest exhaust system at the show.
Also, from November 29th to December 1st, visitors will be able to catch a glimpse of the TWR Supercat, a new high-performance restoration module based on the Jaguar XJS chassis.
Los Angeles native and Porsche enthusiast Magnus Walker collaborated with head designer Khizil Saleem to bring the unique GT car to life. Powered by a twin-turbocharged V12 engine producing over 600 horsepower, it was one of only 88 built.
