The plan is to release a framework that includes some numbers in the coming days.
Fox is being told to expect a trillion dollar cut in spending. The bill would make Trump’s tax cuts permanent in 2017. The bill may also include provisions prohibiting taxes on tips.

When asked if plans would be announced Friday, speaker Mike Johnson told Fox News “Nothing Today” about details of the paper or budget package.
He said the committee’s markup may come on Tuesday, but there are some details to “work out.”
