A local hospital needs help identifying a patient found injured on the ground in downtown Los Angeles.
On January 20th, a male patient was found unresponsive near 27th Street and Grand Avenue.
He was taken to Dignity Health Medical Center, where he remains hospitalized. He had no personal items with him that would allow staff to identify him.
He is described as a black man between 50 and 60 years old. He is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 155 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair with a receding hairline.

He has some distinctive tattoos, including:
“Nelson” on the left chest “Frenetta” on the inside of the left wrist Flowers on the inside of the left arm “Play now, Pay Later” on the right chest “Mablie” “Cynthia” “Maya” “” on the inside of the right forearm “Donte” on the inside of the right forearm “Herpmtm” on the right wrist
The extent of his injuries has not been made public. Employees hope he can find his loved ones.
