The Biden Harris administration has been accused of misusing taxpayer dollars before October 7th to fund Israeli protests against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The House Judiciary Committee recently published a memo that outlined the claims and showed possible money trails.

“The committee’s oversight revealed that the Biden-Harris administration provided grants to groups that directly and indirectly contributed to the protests of judicial reform that sought to undermine the Israeli government,” the committee wrote in a memo.

Netanyahu shared one of his X-account notes charts, denounced “large foreign intervention to replace Israel’s right-wing government.”

“Official documents released by the US Congress reveal surprising information that confirms that many have long been suspected. The previous US administration has relocated nearly $1 billion to Israeli left-wing NGOs with the aim of undermining government rules.”

In March, the House Judiciary and Foreign Affairs Committees sent letters to six American and Israeli NGOs seeking “documents relating to grants, cooperative agreements, or other awards received from the United States Organization for International Development (USAID) or the State Department.” According to a memo from the Judicial Committee, the organization has produced a total of 380 documents so far.

The six NGOs were Blue White Future (BWF), Israel’s Quality Government Movement (MQG), PEF Israel Fund Fund, Jewish Joint Fund (JCF), Middle East Peace Dialogue Network (MEPDN), and philanthropy advisors for Rockefeller.

Biden administrator officials worked to undermine Netanyahu after the ceasefire talks collapsed, a former aide said.

Before Hamas attacked on October 7th, Israel was caught up in an internal battle over judicial reform measures. This sparked intense debate and widespread protest across the country. The House Judiciary Committee said then-President Joe Biden has denounced reform measures and appears to have expressed support for the protest.

“Like many strong Israeli supporters, I’m very concerned. I’m worried that they’ll straighten this. They can’t continue this path. I’ve made it clear. Some of the quotes also appear in the notes.

The committee argued that the BWF received funding from NGOs, including US grants, and provided funding to the Union headquarters in protest. Additionally, the committee argues that the Biden-Harris administration gave MQG $42,000 to implement activist training at Israeli high schools.

The PEF Israel Fund has been criticized in a memo that it will provide more than $884 million to groups involved in anti-democratic protests. Similarly, the committee said Rockefeller’s charity advisers “probably provided a portion of the $20 million in federal grants” to the group funding the protest. Additionally, the committee questioned whether MEPDN violated 501(c)(3) status “by funding anti-democratic protests.”

Regarding the JCF, the committee claims that the organization has given over $42.8 million to the protest headquarters and two major funders of the protest.

The committee noted in the memo that the investigation is underway and more Americans and Israeli NGOs will be added.

Fox News Digital reached out to the six NGOs mentioned in the memo and did not receive a response in time for publication.
