Rep. Jim Jordan, GOP chair of the House Judiciary Committee, and R-GA Rep. Barry Rudermilk, have spoken with employees of the Fulton County District Attorney’s office, documents and interviews related to the Jan. 6 committee. I asked to hand over it. The House Judiciary Committee has launched an investigation into whether Willis coordinated with the House of Representatives in December 2023 on January 6th. Jordan and Rudermilk led the investigation after learning that Willis’s office had “coordinated the investigation measures with the Partisan Select Committee.”
Lawmakers said at the time that Willis asked the House Selection Committee on Jan. 6 to share evidence with her office.

Willis has told Trump that he has one count of violations of the Georgia RICO Act, three counts of criminal solicitation, six criminal conspiracy counts, one count of filing false documents, and two counts of making false statements. He has been charged.
Trump pleaded not guilty to all counts.
