“The chair has been recognising McBride’s Delaware gentleman for five minutes,” Miller told the home chamber of commerce on Thursday.
“Thank you, Madame Speaker,” McBride replied before giving his speech.
McBride did not respond to Miller’s comment, but when Miller next confirmed California Rep. Nanette Barragan, Barragan began to say “Thank you, speaker.”

Fox News Digital reached out to McBride’s office on Friday to request comment from lawmakers. The spokesman pointed to McBride’s full floor speech.
“This morning I gave my first speech on the floor of my house,” the tweet began on February 6th.
In his speech, Democrats said, “By department, the Trump administration will reimburse critical federal services, cleanse employees, integrate power, cut down on programs that Delawarians rely on, and spurt out. And they sell it to sift the workers to line up donor pockets.”

“They don’t want to make the government more efficient. They want to prove that the government is not working by not letting it work,” McBride argued.
Miller, a member of the Conservative Freedom Caucus, declared in X’s post that she “refused to deny biological reality” on the floor of her room.
