Adam Brookie was very distinctive on Wednesday morning. Upon arriving at his warehouse in Komorniki, a quaint Polish village, he discovers that most of the scorched rocket fragments had collided with his property.
Surprised by the discovery, he called police in nearby Poznan city, the BBC reported.
Working in partnership with the Polish Space Agency alongside the Polish Space Agency, the 3 x 5-foot object was determined to be from a Falcon 9 rocket manufactured by Elon Musk’s company SpaceX, according to the news outlet. Police also said similar debris had been found near Wiley Village, about 25 miles from Comeniki.
According to a Polsa statement, the Rocket has brought 22 Starlink satellites into orbit from Vandenburg Space Force base in Santa Barbara County. The Falcon 9 rocket is designed to transport people and cargo into space and safely re-enter the Earth’s atmosphere.
However, at 4:46am on Wednesday, Porsa said he made an uncontrolled re-entry into Poland, the second phase of the rocket. During this time, fragments of rockets burning as fireballs could be seen in skies across the country, according to Polish press and video shared on social media.

The second stage is the top of the rocket, and in the first stage it is responsible for successfully propelling the rocket into the upper atmosphere of the Earth, and then delivering the item into orbit after it has separated itself.
In the Falcon 9 rocket, the first stage separates from the second stage approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds after lift-off. The first stage is designed to be reusable, while the second stage is a consumable item and will be replaced after each mission.
In an online space report, astrophysicist Jonathan McDowell, a Harvard University student, identified debris found on Brookie’s property as a composite over-package pressure vessel from stage 2. This is a high-strength container used for storing helium gas, and is important to pressurize the propellant tank of the rocket and ensure proper fuel flow to the engine.
UCLA astronomy professor Edward Wright said engine or control failures could prevent the second stage from repeating the Earth’s atmosphere again in a controlled way, preventing daily landings in the Pacific Ocean. Ta. Most of the rockets burned with the intense heat created by the friction of running through the atmosphere at 18,000 miles.
McDowell pointed out that this is the fourth most problematic recent incident with SpaceX Falcon.
“So far, we’ve been lucky and no one has been hurt,” he told the BBC.
In July, the second phase of the Falcon 9 experienced oxygen leaks, leading to engine problems and early release of 20 satellites. In August, the first reusable rocket phase fell into the sea when it failed to land on a sailor’s barge. Later, during the NASA astronaut rescue mission in September, the second stage of Falcon 9 experienced an unusual de-orbit burn and landed outside the intended area.
Falcon 9 holds the most launches and reuse records in US history. According to SpaceX, 391 landings have been made since its launch in 2010. The company did not immediately respond to requests for comment regarding the wreckage found in Poland.
